I can't remember not being able to read and write. I've always loved writing, and I believe in the power of the storyteller.

Born on the East Coast, childhood in the Rockies and the last 30 years in the Southwest, I've always enjoyed the balanced pace of rural living. Once my children were grown enough to not require so much attention (if there is such a day), I turned my attention back to my passion for writing.

I write for fun. I blog for fun. I cook for fun. And I clean because I have to.
